Pewaukee Campers, Meet the ABC Blog...

Boot camp started this week, but just in case you haven’t already, be sure and do the following…

1. Clean all the junk out of your kitchen (chips, baked good, etc.)
2. Get to the store and buy plenty of fruits and veggies.
3. Buy them already cut or cut & store them.
4. Request the updated version of Adventure Boot Camp Recipe Book by e-mailing me at
ryan@peakperformancewi.com

5. Get your clothes ready for the week (Seriously. It’s much easier to get out of bed if you’re clothes are already pulled and ready to go)
6. Be sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep each (and every night). Getting enough rest is essential for making it through this program.
