Homework, YES!

Another great week ended today! I am impressed with each and everyone of you putting forth the best effort that you can! If you feel that you anything left in the tank after the workouts than you are not working hard enough! We are going to be going into Week 3 and it is time to take it to the next level! Are you ready???

Let's get right to it!

Homework:

5 minutes Warm-up

20 minutes of Intervals
  • 60 sec ON/60 sec OFF
  • Complete 10 rounds
  • Equipment of Choice!
  • Do Your BEST!!!!

5 minutes Cool-down
