Hike Day!

For those of you that made it out, Great work! I hope that you enjoyed it and I got to spend some quality time with Teresa as her foot is still bothering her, but she made the trip and we took a nice 40 minute walk together as the rest of the campers made it almost to the top of the Peak and back. They completed between 3-4 miles of a jog/run or a complete run with Brandon leading the way!

Here is the homework for those of you that did not make it out.

the workout is split into 8 rounds and each builds on the other. We are going to be doing this style of workout next week as well. You guys are getting a precursor of what to expect.

Here it goes:

Complete each round and conitnue to next round with no or very little rest in between rounds.


Round 1: 10 push ups from knees or toes
Round 2: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats
Round 3: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats, 10 bench/chair dips
Round 4: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats, 10 bench/chair dips, 1 minute Jump Rope
Round 5: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats, 10 bench dips, 1 minute rope skipping, 10 shoulder lateral raises
Round 6: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats 10 bench dips, 1 minute rope skipping, 10 shoulder lateral raises, 1 minute plank (from knees or toes)
Round 7: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats, 10 bench dips, 1 minute rope skipping, 10 shoulder lateral raises, 1 minute plank, 20 bicep curls
Round 8: 10 push ups, 10 jump squats,10 bench dips , 1 minute rope skipping, 10 shoulder lateral raises, 1 minute plank, 20 bicep curls, 20 alternating lunges
